As I was whining away in Cali with a severe cold (which is almost entirely gone -- woo-hoo!), friend and Fresno State colleague Felicia Gomez was in Germany hammering in one of the toughest women's races of the season -- Thuringen Rundfahrt. With a name like that, it had to be tough, aye?! And, climbing rockstar that she is, she won the overall climber's jersey -- it was blue rather than the traditional polka dots, but doesn't she look great?! And kudos to the Germans for handing out beer by the glass on the final podium -- niiiiice!Congrats, Felicia!
