Wow nice cakes. There's so many out there and so many choices have fun tasting and choosing. Eddies bakery has delicious cakes. There's a small local business called Simply Frosted and they make amazing cakes.
Thanks for the suggestions, Christine, but since we'll be in Bridgeport, we're going to use someone over there...I'm afraid if we had to transport one over the Sierras, well, I'd eat it before we ever got there! :)
