100 Days Project -- Day 76

Pop's Day

This was a really good Father's Day.

It began with my making Bob a breakfast of eggs benedict, fresh mango, and Mimosas with PomMango juice. We also had coffee that I picked up at our favorite coffee place, Eddie's Bakery and Cafe.
We then relaxed all morning and afternoon. Bob watched the U.S. Open, a fave Father's Day tradition of his, and I worked on our wedding website, and got enough done on it that I can begin sending out our "Save the Date" cards - hurrah!
Michelle and Jesse came over to visit for awhile after she got off work in the evening. During the visit, we told tall tales, watched Bob bbq our dinner, and did some hula hooping outside by the pool. Michelle loves her dad, and he definitely loves her. So fun to see them together.

a limo ride to and from dinner at Cracked Pepper
After Michelle and Jesse went home, Bob finished bbq'ing the steak, lobster, shrimp, zucchini, and Fresno State corn-on-the-cob for our dinner.

We did a toast to our dads, and then sat down to eat while watching the Season 4 finale of Game of Thrones.
Yes, this was a really good Father's Day.
